Abstract Staunen, Aufrichtigkeit und Operationalismus in der Erziehung – »zur Pädagogik zurück« mit Heidegger als Referenz Mit dem im Titel verwendeten Zitat beziehen wir uns auf das Jahr 2020 erschienene Buch, »Phenomenology and Educational Theory Conversation: Back to Education Itself« (Howard/Saevi/Foran/Biesta 2020). Wir teilen darin vorgebrachte Anliegen, eine internationale Leserschaft für Revision (›renewing‹), Wiedergewinnung (›reclaiming‹) des Pädagogischen (›educational project‹) aufzuschließen. Zunächst konstatieren wir, dass es viele mögliche Antworten die Frage gibt, worum pädagogischen Praxis geht. Dann skizzieren Erklärungspotential von Operationen wissenschaftliche Forschung pädagogische Praxis. Die existentielle Tiefe menschlichen Lebens, Bildung Lernen kann allerdings nicht vollständig durch den erfasst werden. Eine Perspektive oben genannte Unterfangen sehen vielmehr späten Überlegungen Martin Heideggers Identifikation existentiellen Orientierung Menschen Initiierung Echtheit, Offenheit Staunens. Um Staunen integrale Aspekte zu erklären, folgen Operationalismus-Lektüre Dieter Mersch Heidegger.
